Using Elora well
Elora is built to reason, not just autocomplete. You'll get sharper answers if you treat it like a capable colleague rather than a search box.
- Say what you actually want the answer to do — inform a decision, draft something final, or just help you think.
- Give real constraints (budget, audience, deadline). Elora weighs trade-offs better with something concrete to weigh.
- Push back on an answer if it's off. Elora will re-reason from your correction rather than just repeating itself.
Uploading files & images
Every plan can attach files and images to a conversation — Free is limited to 3 uploads a day, Private raises that considerably, and Premium removes the cap entirely.
- Documents, spreadsheets, screenshots, and photos are all supported.
- Only upload files you have the right to share — don't include others' private or confidential data without permission.
- Larger files may take longer for Elora to fully read before it starts reasoning about them.
Acceptable use
elorahub is for genuine work, learning, and creativity. To keep it useful and safe for everyone, don't use Elora to:
- Generate content intended to harass, deceive, or harm a real person or group.
- Attempt to extract another user's private data or bypass account and usage limits.
- Produce malicious code, or material intended to facilitate illegal activity.
Where Elora falls short
Elora reasons carefully, but it isn't infallible. Treat it as a very capable second opinion, not a final authority — especially for medical, legal, or financial decisions, where you should confirm anything important with a qualified professional.
Reporting an issue

What we collect
To run elorahub, we collect the information you give us directly — like your name, email, and messages you send to Elora — along with basic technical information such as device type, approximate location, and general usage patterns (how often you chat, which plan you're on, and rough response times).

- Conversation content: messages, and any files or images you choose to upload.
- Usage data: feature interactions, plan limits reached, and general performance metrics.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the chat, enforce plan limits fairly, improve Elora's reasoning quality over time, and keep the service secure.
- Delivering and improving chat responses, including internal quality review of flagged conversations.
- Billing and plan management for Private and Premium subscribers.
- Detecting abuse, fraud, or violations of our Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Sharing & third parties
We don't sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers who help us run elorahub — such as payment processors for Private and Premium billing, and cloud infrastructure providers who host the service — under agreements that limit how they can use it.
Signing in with Google, Apple, or GitHub
If you choose to sign in using Google, Apple, or GitHub, that provider shares basic profile information (typically your name, email, and profile photo) with elorahub to create your account. We don't receive your password from these providers, and you can review or revoke elorahub's access at any time from that provider's account settings.
Retention & deletion
We keep your account and conversation history for as long as your account is active, so your chat history stays available to you. You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time; deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.

Accounts
You need an account to use elorahub beyond a basic preview. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account, including if you sign in via Google, Apple, or GitHub.
Plans & billing
elorahub offers a Free plan and two paid subscriptions, Private ($15/month) and Premium ($25/month). Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Upload and message limits for each plan are described on the Pricing page and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
- Refunds are considered case-by-case for billing errors; general dissatisfaction after significant usage may not qualify.
Acceptable conduct
By using elorahub, you agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer Elora, or use the chat to generate content that violates our Guidelines or applicable law.
Content & ownership
You retain ownership of the messages, files, and images you submit. You grant elorahub a limited license to process that content in order to generate responses and operate the service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Disclaimer
Elora's responses are generated by an AI system and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. elorahub is provided "as is," and responses shouldn't be treated as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Guidelines. You may stop using elorahub and delete your account at any time from account settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as elorahub evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
